Our recruitment service is divided into three packages namely Mini, Midi and Maxi. Each package is dispensed as required and in some instances two or all three packages are recommended.

Mini: this comprises recruitment sourcing/assessment and selection only, that is, applicants sourcing, application of selection tools (interviews and aptitude tests) towards emergence of the best candidates for employment recommendation.

Midi: this comprises recruitment sourcing/assessment, selection and placement, that is, applicants sourcing, application of selection tools (interviews and aptitude tests) towards emergence of the best candidates for employment recommendation and onward placement. It comprises all the benefits of mini and more, such as referencing/ background checks, employment letter, job descriptions, performance evaluation / appraisal design.

Maxi: this comprises recruitment sourcing, selection and placement, that is, applicants sourcing, application of selection tools (interviews and aptitude tests) towards emergence of the best candidates for employment recommendation and onward placement and more, such as: referencing/background checks, employment letter, job descriptions, performance evaluation / appraisal design. It comprises all the benefits of mini, midi and more, such as in-plant orientation, confidential and non-disclosure agreement draft, career counselling, monitoring and evaluation.
